I have to climb that ladder
one rung at a time
to reach the top is a goal of mine

 I have to climb that ladder
i can't ever look down
if i do i could fall to the ground

 I have to climb that ladder
no matter what the cost
if i turn back i'll be eternaly lost

be it day or night
when at the top, i'll have won the fight

 I have to climb that ladder
as hard as it may seem
for at the top, is the answer to my dream

 I have to climb that ladder
i can never stop
for you see, heaven is at the top
